Allen is a Market President in Marshall, MN and has been with Minnwest Bank since 1999. Allen grew up a corn, soybean, and hog operation north of Lake Wilson. He started with Minnwest Bank while attending SMSU, first working as a teller and banking assistant before becoming a lender, and eventually a Market President. He holds Bachelor of Science from SMSU-Ag Business with a financial concentration, with a minor in Agronomy

Outside of banking, Allen is the current Vice President of Central Crop Consulting Board of Directors. He is also a Treasurer/Deacon of Woodstock Community Church.

In his free time he enjoys running a farm with his parents. He also enjoys going to country music concerts and camping. Allen is married to wife Crystal and has daughters.
