Neil Anderson
Senior Market President
Neil is a Market President in Farmington, MN and he is focused on helping his banking clients grow to the next level. He has over 30 years of banking and management experience both in community banks and larger financial institutions.
He is also a former military officer (Major in the US ARMY) with over 15 years of honorable service to his country. He was an intelligence officer with multi levels of experience in leadership, planning, management, and resources and a proven ability to get things done.
Neil has a BA from the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, MN and is a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking, Madison, WI. Neil is also a graduate of the US Army Intelligence Academy for both the Officer Basic Course and Advanced Courses. He is a graduate of the Army Command and Staff Officers School – Fort Leavenworth, KS – VIA the Germany Program.
Outside of banking, Neil has been a member of the American Legion, Rotary International and Lions. He has been active in and previous member of several chambers of commerce including past Chairman, has served on a number of boards and commissions including Shorewood Planning Commission and Southwest Transit Commission as their Treasurer.
In his free time, he enjoys golf, traveling and spending time with family at the lake.
