Deb Goeldi
AVP/Business Banker
Deb is a Business Banker in Rochester, MN. She joined Minnwest Bank in 2021. She has been a Credit Analyst at Minnwest and later moved to a Business Banker role. Her areas of expertise include credit underwriting, cash management products and relationship management. Prior to joining Minnwest, she spent 21 years in banking in roles such as Business Banking Assistant, Credit Analyst and Commercial Relationship Manager. Deb enjoys helping her clients grow their businesses and working with a wide range of businesses and customers.
Outside of banking, Deb volunteers at her church and for Meals on Wheels. She is on the Rochester Commercial Bank Board and the Associated Builders and Contractors (Rochester chapter) Board. Deb has a Bachelor of Arts from Augsburg College.
Deb is married with 3 children and 5 grandchildren with another grandchild due in March of 2024. In her free time, she enjoys biking, hiking and being outdoors. She is passionate helping those who are food insecure and elderly members of our community.
